I have mistakenly applied form 7 in Voter Id app instead of form 8. Now the BLO has put the status of the form as incomplete. I'm not able to apply for a fresh Form 8 because of this. What can be done?

Contact BLO officer and request him/her to reject it. Once rejected, you can apply for new application again.
