The Khata transfer service takes 30 working days to get approved from the date of submission. If your application is still pending after the completion of your due date, a citizen can file an appeal in Sakala. Kindly login to the Sakala website at http://www.sakala.kar.nic.in/ or call 080-4455 4455. They will help you raise an appeal in Sakala.

They take money but no bill or I don't get a message on my phone even after paying the fees . I have proof of video for this . Even after SAKALA has advised the days for services ,we don't get our services on time . Because we don't get a message on our phone when we call SAKALA we cannot get the status of the application due to no number through a message. When is this issue getting resolved , when asked at madikeri survey office they say it must some network issue ,hence you didnt get a message. It is done so deliberately. I can see myself and a bunch of poor farmers suffering a lot. Where to complain now?

But a blank paper was uploaded on sakala website instead of khata certificate. I have been visiting concerned BBMP office for last 4 months but still didnt get the khata certificate. Government of Karnataka . Answered on September 14,2021Regarding BBMP khata transfer, application has been submitted and the status in the sakala website shows "Documents verified". But I am not receiving any sms for each stage as mentioned in sakala FAQs. I have checked the acknowledgment slip and my phone number details are correctly provided. Everytime I call sakala support they give same status - check after 2-3 days. Finally, I mailed them and they send me a reply that sakala portal is down for last 1 month and no khata transfer is done. Is there another way of doing khata transfer?

Answered on November 30,2021Khata transfer applied online through Sakala 19 Sep 2021, application status says Approved and Remarks mentioned as Khata certificate and Extract Issued, but only uthara patra uploaded in place of both Khata Certificate and Khata Extract, when approached local BBMP office, no Khata Certificate or Extract is ready, they have asked me to approach next week with all the relevant documents again, unable to appeal in Sakala Portal for the GSC number. How to proceed?
