As per my knowledge the stamp duty is reduced from 5% to 3% now in Bangalore for property value upto 45 lakh but why the same is not visible in Kaveri portal and even stamp is charged 5 percent by stamp authority and builder?


Your knowledge is correct, the stamp duty is reduced from 5% to 3% for new property when we purchase from builder

For resale property, the stamp Duty remains the same at 5%  (3% stamp Duty is not applicable for resale property)
