Owners presence are not required to apply for Khata Transfer,
Just the scan copy of following documents suffice to apply for khata transfer, A representative can file the application on behalf of owners.
- Sale deed & GPA copy
- Encumbrance certificate
- Tax paid receipt
- Seller's Khata if resale property
- Occupation certificate if purchased from builder
- Joint Affidavit for Khata application (Affidavit from owners)
