You can apply for your birth certificate by submitting a application at Thahasildar office of taluk of your concerned Taluk or if your place of birth was at any metro or city corporation area you can apply to the chief officer or Birth and Death Registrars of the your birth took place. If there is no any records found on the search basis of your application then they will issue you an Endorsement. After this stage you should cintact an lawyer and they will look after every thing thereafter. You would have to Appear once before the court. The fee for all this process may not exceed 2K.
