How do I make an affidavit of one and the same person in India?

Here is the step by step procedure to make an affidavit,

Step 1: Prepare affidavit draft in word format.

Step 2: Print affidavit draft on non-judicial e-stamp paper ( Buy an e-stamp paper from nearest co-operative bank, court, or register office. A Rs.100 stamp value would be standard for affidavit execution)

Step 3: Carry the printed affidavit and supporting document for notary reference. Supporting documents like Aadhar, passport, or mark sheet.

Step 4: Notary Public read the affidavit. You should sign the affidavit in front of notary public.

Step 5: Notary Public seal and sign an affidavit. Make an entry in notary book

This completed the execution of an affidavit.

Duration to execute an affidavit is to buy stamp paper, print affidavit, and meet notary public.

For me, it takes maximum of 30 min to complete affidavit execution.
