The BBMP Khata transfer fee is Rs. 635 for gift deed, Release deed and Relinquishment deed. This fee is same irrespective of property size, location and type of property
Referring to the below image, I paid Rs. 635 as Khata transfer fee for Gifted property. I made this payment in Bangalore one center near my place.

Khata transfer is approved as per SMS message received on 8.9.2021. I went to Bangalore One to pay khata transfer fees. After feeding my GSC number they are getting response as "technical error''.
