How to apply for Pradhan Mantri Bhartiya Janaushadhi scheme ?

Follow the below steps to apply online for Pradhan Mantri Bharatiya Janaushadi Kendra website.

• Enter the Janaushadi Website
• Click on "Registration"

• If you have not registered, register in the website.Else, login with your user name and password. While registration, select login type as "For User"

• By default you will get “Get Application Form”

• Select the type of applicant

• Fill all the text fields and then press "Go to Next step"
• Now user will be redirected to “Show All Requested Form” detail in list as like following:

• Here form applied column is showing "No". User will have to click on the Blinking Arrow for filling the Registration Form
• Fill the form

• Then click on Submit Button to complete the application. You can see the details of registration here.

Get Janaushadhi Application Form.

Dully filled application form in the prescribed format along with required self-attested documents shall be submitted to below mentioned address in a closed envelope/cover clearly super scribed as “Application For New PMBJP KENDRA”
