How to check whether my Idea mobile number is linked to Aadhar card?

By Calling the Toll Free Number

  1. Call the toll-free number 14546
  2. Choose whether you are an Indian citizen or an NRI
  3. Press 1 to give your consent for the re-verification of your mobile number using Aadhaar
  4. Enter your Aadhaar card number and confirm it by pressing 1
  5. An OTP is sent to your registered mobile number
  6. Give consent to idea mobile to access your name, photo and DOB from UIDAI’s database
  7. IVR reads out the last 4 digits of your idea mobile number
  8. If correct, enter the OTP received on your phone
  9. Press 1 to complete the reverification process

 

By Visiting the Store

  1. Visit your nearest Idea centre.
  2. Provide your idea mobile number and Aadhaar number.
  3. Idea store executive sends a 4-digit verification code on your mobile number.
  4. Provide this code to the executive.
  5. Now provide your biometric/fingerprint.
  6. You will receive a confirmation SMS within 24 hours.
  7. Reply with ‘Y’ to complete the reverification process.
