Kindly contact concerned taluk office if place of birth is rural area , contact Municipal office if place of birth is urban area and give application for birth certificate , if the event is registered concerned office will issue certificate , if not concerned office will issue non availability of birth certification .
With Non availability contact LAWYER for getting court order , after court orders concerned office will issue birth certificate.
