3 . Bank guarantee of rs.25.00 lakhs to be submitted.

4 . Copies of company registration, memorandum of association and articles of association to be enclosed.

5 . Copies of project report, investment, operational and working guidelines to be enclosed.

6 . Income tax returns to be enclosed.

7 . Details of the facilities provided to be enclosed.

8 . The copies of the details of commodities proposed to be traded on spot exchange to be enclosed.
