Whom to approach for this service (Designated Officer)?	Assistant Executive Engineer
Procedure involved to get this service	The application shall be filled in online along with photos of applicant along with sanction plan Road cutting endorsement issued by BBMP/BDA upto date tax paid receipt occupancy certificate for multi storied buildings, khata certificate, photographs of building, owner, and rain water harvesting system, receipt of GBWASP payment to be uploaded. Then Assistant Engineer or Water Inspector will inspect and recommend the file. AEE will sanction the domestic house service connections at sub division office. In respect of multi storied buildings which attract prorata charges, the measurement of the building will be taken, recorded and recommended by AE and AEE then the file will be forwarded to office of Executive Engineer Additional Chief Engineer to sanction the file depending on amount of prorata as per delegation of powers. EE ACE will inspect the premises and take action to sanction the file.
Who are eligible to get this service	The Owner or Occupier of the building who desires to have water supply or sanitary connection to his premises are eligible to get this service.
Documents to be enclosed with the request	1 . Upto date tax paid receipt/khatha 2 . Road cutting endorsement 3 . Sanction plan of the building
Fee/Charges to be paid to get the service	Depends on the no. of houses, no. of sanitary points in the premises in respect of domestic house service connections. 2. Prorata charges depending on the built up area of the building

Work Flow

1	The owner, occupier who desires to have water supply and sanitary connection should apply through online directly or by authorized plumber, duly enclosing the following necessary documents along with photos. On successful submission acknowledgement will be generated with unique id. Documents to be enclosed: - (i) sanction plan and upto date tax paid receipt and katha certificate or katha extract or sale deed. (ii) road cutting endorsement issued by BBMP/BDA (exempted in case of greater Bangalore water supply and sanitary project / bcc charges cost payment in respect of erstwhile 7 cmc and i tmc / 110 villages area). (iii) photos of the completed building. (iv) photos of the rain water harvesting implemented within the premises. (v) occupancy certificate as per BWSS regulations. AEE on preliminary verification of the application will forward the same to concerned water inspector of service station for inspection and report.	2.00	Officer(General)
2	Water inspector will inspect the premises of the building and recommend the file after verifying implementation of RWH as per norms.	3.00	Officer(General)
3	Assistant engineer will inspect the building and take the measurement of the building to assess the prorata charges, if any, and recommend for sanction of connection mentioning the water supply tapping point and disposal point of UGD. Also duly verifying implementation of RWH as per norms.	3.00	Officer(General)
4	Assistant executive engineer for inspection and verification, if found in order will forward to draughtsman for verification of documents and putup the demand note for approval.	2.00	Officer(General)
5	Draughtsman verifies the inspection report submitted by ae/je along with the documents and calculations and recommend for approval to demand note.	2.00	Officer(General)
6	Assistant executive engineer verify the demand note and if found in order will accord approval for generation of demand note online. Final approval of sanctioning the connection after receipt of payment from the concerned applicant rr number will be generated	2.00	Officer(General)
