Procedure involved to get this service

1.Application along with the required Documents will have to be submitted to Directorate of Industries & commerce, Head office Bangalore .

2. Directorate will verify the proposal,and will obtain the report from concrened DIC, if necessary, and on conformity with the eligibility of the unit will issue the exemption certificate within the prescribed time schedule, in respect Large & Mega enterprises cleared in State High Level Clearence Committee.

Who are eligible to get this service Large and Mega enterprises (SHLCC approved projects) which have made investments in the State as per
Documents to be enclosed with the request

1 . Application in plain paper or letter head.

2 . Copy of IEM acknowledgment part-i or part-ii or industrial licence or 100 percent eou certificate or eou certificate

3 . Copy of the project report duly signed by the promoter.

4 . Copy of SHLCC approvals obtained by the individual enterprises if any.

5 . Copy of approval order obtained from revenue department under section 109 of KLR act for purchase of land.

6 . Details of existing investment in case of unit under expansion/modernisation/diversification.

7 . Form of declaration regarding employment of local person in annexure-8 in case of existing unit.
