How to make a notarized sworn affidavit in Bangalore?

Sworn affidavit is a written statement made under oath. This means that the person who is making the statement has sworn that the document contains the truth and is aware that they will be prosecuted if it is found that the contents of the affidavit (or parts thereof) are untrue.
Below is the step by step procedure to make a sworn affidavit:
Step 1: Prepare a draft in word format.
Step 2: Buy Rs. 20 non-judicial e-stamp paper from court, sub-registrar, co-operative bank or independent stamp vendor near you.
Step 3: Print the draft on non-judicial e-stamp paper
Step 4: Meet the notary public near you.
Carry the following documents to notary
Printer affidavit
Identification proof ( preferably aadhar or passport)
Any other supporting document if necessary
Step 5: Notary reads the affidavit, cross verify ID proofs and supporting documents
Deponent should sign the affidavit in front of notary.
Notary seal & sign the affidavit and notary make an entry in notary book
This completed the procedure to make sworn affidavit.
