Sale deed /gift deed or other documents related to ownership 4 . Upto date EC (minimum 5 years) 5 . Possession certificate(BDA allotted site) 6 . Tax paid receipts 7 . Site release letter (BDA approved private layout) 8 . Copy of latest tax paid receipt 9 . Copy of approved layout plan 10 . Site division or amalgamation plan |

The town planner will verify and scrutinise the application and places before the Dy.Director,(TP) for seeking allotment or relinquishing information of the sites either from allotment dept or concerned zonal executive engineer. |

If the site is allotted by BDA then allotment information is sought from allotment section. If the site is in BDA appd pvt layout the relinquishing/release information is sought from concerned zonal EE |

The applicant after receiving the endorsement will have to pay the prescribed fee for the service at any one of the designated banks and produce the bank challan to the town planner for having paid the fee. |

The town planner after receiving the proof from the applicant for having paid the requisite fee, will send the application to the finance department for verification of payment in the books of BDA. |
