Well. Applicant can download or view SCN (Show Cause Notice) by login to your account by using your User name and password or by entering your file number and DOB in the website www.passportindia.gov.in. It is very simple way to get your scn. Normally scn is issued by RPO for the pending file for a long period. Usually RPO won't keep your file for more than 1 year.
