I am applying for khata transfer of a property which is registered ( sales deed) in joint name me and my wife. In the Sakala site it asks to mention the application type. Shall I select Joint or single in the application type. The khata of the seller has single name.

You and your wife are owners of the property so should select Joint Application
Following documents are required for Joint Khata application, including the Affidavit
- Sale Deed
- Tax paid receipt
- Encumbrance Certificate
- Seller Khata or Builder Occupation Certificate
- Affidavit
- Aadhar of applicant (with mobile number linked for OTP authentication)
