I have uploaded all documents required (old DL & Doctor certificate) & payment done which includes renewal fees postal charges. Do i want to visit RTO office for verification of documents or not. How many days RTO official should complete the process & deliver renewed Driving license. Will RTO official intimate us for verification of documents via call or email. When should I raise complaint after application?

You won't get any call or email.  If the status indicates “Verification of documents” for 2 or 3 weeks, please visit RTO as the uploaded documents may not be legible to approve and move it to next step. 

No need of appointment. Just note your application reference and carry the uploaded documents with you in original.
