I am from Punjab and transferred to Kerala recently. So had applied for two wheeler NOC there. But still I didn't received the paper due to Covid 19 issues. So can I drive my two wheeler here before receiving NOC ?

The rule says, if a person intends to use a vehicle registered in a state  in another state for more than 30 days, he should get an NOC from his Registering Authority and apply Re.assignment within 30 days. He can use the vehicle for one year without Registration Mark assignment after paying tax in the state where he is using the vehicle.
