I am located outside India. Do I need to be physically present at CPO office for hearing?


In case appellant is located outside India, s/he can depute someone else to appear for hearing and interact with Consular, Passport & Visa (CPV) Division of the Ministry of External Affairs on his/her behalf by submitting nominee authorization form at the time of logging appeal.
