I am OBC (badhai) but because of some misunderstanding my father apply for SC (Lohar) and now the certificate is issued. I want to correct it. Is it possible to change the cast Lohar to Badhai ?

Apply for a new caste certificate with the corrected details. Also, submit an application to the village officer mentioning that you were issued an incorrect caste certificate earlier. Village Officer will conduct a detailed inquiry this time before issuing a caste certificate.
