I am working in shop. I want to start my own business. To kya mujhe Apne hi state me good sale Karne ke liye GST no. Lena padega kya? kyunki mujhe goods to GST paid hi aayega or mujhe bhi aage GST charge Karke hi dena padega.

If your expected annual turnover is less than Rs. 40 Lakhs, then GST Registration is not required!
But if you do B2B sales more and your customers demand GST invoices then you have to register voluntarily!
