I applied for passport. Due to some address issue it did not proceed, I got a text stating my application has been closed. Didn't receive any letter. Saw SCN in my application & PVR review was written under SCN type section. What to do?

It is better to re apply with quoting your application file number if your file has been closed. Once your file has closed there would be nothing do with same application.. This time try to provide a valid address proof required.
