Home |Khata Transfer | I bought a flat in Bangalore applied for a khata transfer through Sakala website on 19th Aug 2021, its been more than 2 months  the application is stuck at pending state fees details are not uploaded in Bangalore one and no sms is received. Everytime I call sakala support they give same status - check after 2-3 days. Finally, I mailed them and they send me a reply that sakala portal is down for last 1 month and no khata transfer is done.  Is there another way of doing khata transfer?

For delays sakala empowers its citizens to raise appeal against the delay. You can visit www.sakala.kar.nic.in or take manual assistance at 080 4455 4455 to raise an appeal.
