I cannot issue my class 12th Marksheet (CISCE Board). It shows that DigiLocker cannot find the issuer database. How can I download it?

  I have digilocker account linked with aadhar no but when I try to fetch up my documents from national institute of open schooling, it shows you can not fetch up this document. Please link your aadhar. When I try to link aadhar it shows your aadhar is already linked. Kindly resolve this issue.
