I got an accountant instead of doing taxes myself back in 2021. Never got my federal taxes, just state. Is there any way to reclaim them?

First, find out what is going on. Pull your account transcript. That will tell you if they received it, processed it, etc. From there you can get a clearer picture of what you need to do.
If you see an unpaid refund, I would fill out Form 843.
