I have applied for Khata extract on 21st Sep 2020. It is pending from 10 months in Jewargi Town Municipal Council. In manual records Property is in my mother name 2400sqft but in online website it is showing different name and 1200sqft. What to do?

Answered on October 30,2021I bought a flat in Bangalore applied for a khata transfer through Sakala website on 19th Aug 2021, its been more than 2 months the application is stuck at pending state fees details are not uploaded in Bangalore one and no sms is received. Everytime I call sakala support they give same status - check after 2-3 days. Finally, I mailed them and they send me a reply that sakala portal is down for last 1 month and no khata transfer is done. Is there another way of doing khata transfer?
