I have the following doubts (1) If I want to add 2 or 3 points after installation of the plant, whether I should obtain prior permission from kseb. (2) After installation of the plant, if Iam away from house for a period of , say 2 or 3 months, wherther I will get monthly bill for the period, or whether the bill be adjusted against the power generated by the plant.
