I have bought land ten years ago and have the document only. Can I get patta for that land online now ?

  Patta that got generated after a property transfer in tamil nadu has the wrong name. This is despite us providing all the documents including Aadhar card with the correct name and spelling. It is not a spelling mistake but an incorrect name itself. I do not live in Tamilnadu anymore. Is there a way for me to raise a dispute and get this corrected online ?

  Got CMDA 2 yrs back. Then found CMDA plan measurements are wrong. We registered land with available area in land. Now sale deed and CMDA measurements are different. Surveyor said to get patta as per sale deed. Is Sale deed & patta is more valid than CMDA?

  Approach taluk office and give letter to Tahsildar. If required they will guide you to give letter to RDO.

  For house construction in Tamil Nadu, broker gave plot size front & back 9mt 9mt. Both side 11.2 &11.3 and 1090sqft. But in CMDA approved sketch is 9mt&9mt. 11mt&11mt. It's around 1065sqft. What can I do?

  I had applied for patta online for 2 grounds and got 2 reference numbers. But when I see patta it refers to one reference number in my name and the second number in the name of transfer itself. How to correct this?
