I have purchased Honda City from a dealer in Bangalore. Despite of giving Aadhar, RC Card was issued with wrong spelling of my name, the dealer is not taking any responsibility for correcting it. What's the procedure to correct the name now?

Please submit a letter to concerned RTO office for correction along with your ID Proof and Original RC With in the zip lock cover and give it to case worker .Take a photo of files and documents because there is no acknowledgement procedure for this .Wait for 20 days ,once Name change is done they will ask you make the RC reprint Fee and submit it counter .so it will take another 30 days for the new RC with name corrected to recieve at your postal address …If not recieved you have to again contact the concerned case worker and collect it at the RTO ..as we have many cases that they don't post it at all
