I have submitted the application today (01/03/2021) for Model 2 under Soura Subsidy Project. The registration shows "Payment Initiated", whereas the online portal shows "Second Phase of Developer selection closed as on 12-01-2021". Can I know whether I am eligible for the subsidy?

"Second Phase of Developer selection closed as on 12-01-2021" this message has no connection with registration. The registration for subsidy scheme is continuing. Your application will be accepted after successful payment of Application fee
