Please raise ticket using the link Digilocker Support and share your registered mobile/Aadhaar number, complete details of the document which you are trying to fetch, scan copy of the document (if available) and screenshot of error so that we can provide you better solution.

IGNOU has not yet been integrated with DigiLocker. You will be able to see the results once integration happens.

Please link your aadhar. When I try to link aadhar it shows your aadhar is already linked. Kindly resolve this issue.

When I installed the app again, I got the notice that 'Aadhar no is already registered with digilocker and you can access your a/c using your credentials'. But it is not opening. What can I do ?
