I took NOC to move vehicle from chennai to mumbai in 2010 but i didn't re register in mumbai ,my noc got expired and came back to Chennai .now planning to sell my vehicle what i have to do now is there any problems will come in name transfer ?

My car is registered in Belgaum, Karnataka RTO in 2001. I have not renewed after May 2016 due to my negligence as I was posted in Maharashtra state. Now I have to renew fitness certificate.
