ലൊക്കേഷൻ സ്കെച്ചിന് അപേക്ഷിക്കുമ്പോൾ അത് വേഗത്തിൽ കിട്ടുവാനും അതുപോലെതന്നെ മറ്റാവശ്യങ്ങൾക്കുമായി ചിലപ്പോൾ വില്ലജ് ഓഫീസറോ സ്റ്റാഫോ ആ പ്ലോട്ടിലേക് കൊണ്ടുപോകാൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെടാറുണ്ട്.

നിലവിൽ വില്ലജ് ഓഫീസർക് ഇത്തരത്തിൽ അപേക്ഷ കൊടുക്കുന്നവരുടെ വീടുകളിലേക്കും അന്വേഷണങ്ങൾക്ക് മറ്റും ഒക്കെയായി പോകുന്നതിന് വാഹനങ്ങളോ റെന്റോ അതിനുള്ള TA യോ പ്രതേകമായി സർക്കാർ കൊടുക്കുന്നില്ല.

പക്ഷെ എങ്കിൽ തന്നെയും പല വില്ലജ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്മാരും അതൊന്നും ഇല്ലായെങ്കിൽ തന്നെയും ഇത്തരം അപേക്ഷകൾ ഉണ്ടാകുമ്പോൾ അവരുടെ സ്വന്തം വാഹനം സ്വന്തം പെട്രോൾ ഉപയോഗിച്ച് പോകാറുണ്ട്.

ഇനി അങ്ങനെ പോകാൻ എന്തെങ്കിലും അസൗകര്യം ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ആണ് ഇത്തരത്തിൽ തങ്ങളുടെ പ്രീമൈസിലേക് വില്ലജ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥരെ കൊണ്ട് പോകാൻ വേണ്ടി ആവശ്യപ്പെടുന്നത്.
