I would like to cancel the hypothecation endorsed in my RC. I have closed the loan and collected NOC and Form 35 from the Bank. After applying online through Parivahan portal and paying fee, should I go to RTO office and submit the documents, or can I send it to the RTO through registered Post / Speed Post? Also, should I submit the original PUC certificate or a copy of the PUC certificate?

  RC ഓണർഷിപ് മാറ്റാൻ അക്ഷയ വഴി ഓൺലൈൻ അപ്ലൈ ചെയ്തു . 5 ലക്ഷം ആണ് തുക . എന്നാൽ പാൻ കാർഡ് വേണ്ട എന്നാണ് അക്ഷയ സെന്ററിൽ ഉള്ളവർ പറയുന്നത്. ഡോക്യൂമെന്റസ് അപ്‌ലോഡ് ചെയ്ത ചെയ്ത ശേഷം ഇ-ടോക്കൺ എടുത്ത് RTO ൽ പോകണം എന്നാണ് അക്ഷയ സെന്ററിൽ നിന്ന് അറിയിച്ചത് . അവർക്കു പുതിയ മാറ്റങ്ങൾ അറിയാത്തത് കൊണ്ട് പറഞ്ഞതാണോ ?
