If I am taking a education loan can I get labour card scholarship for my engeeneering?

To get Construction Worker Labour registration card you must be   an labour who has worked as construction worker for 90 working days in last one year previous from the day you had applied for service. Only after having Labour card you can avail benefit for ‘Educational Assistance’.
