As long as you work in the private sector (Under MOHRE / free zones/ semi government / under immigration, or Federal Government Sector, you must subscribe to avoid fines and penalties, because As per the Ministerial Resolution No. 604 of 2022 regarding the Involuntary Loss of Employment (ILOE)
