In my view you can file a revised ADT-1 with a clarification note specifying the error in the previous filed ADT-1.

If you have filed Form ADT 1 with incorrect information, you can file a new ADT 1 with Correct information. However, you need to attach a clarification letter regarding the same with the fresh ADT 1 form.
