Absolutely yes. There would be a issue if there is a difference in parents name between your sslc marks card and aadhar card. It is better to update your Aadhar. But some granting officers in PSK may grant your application. That's the sole discretion of concerned PSK officials. Some officers are may not grant you Non-Ecr status. So my advice is better to consult with a experienced travel document consultant in your area before submitting for passport application.
