Village Officer, Kerala .How to link the land with Aadhar? A village officer told me it is difficult to link with Aadhar and come later. He told the land is lying in a particular area and he would come there later. I can't follow what he is saying.
Government has not issued any policy guidelines for linking of land with Aadhaar card.

Answered on April 07,2021I am planning to buy a 40 cent land in Kattappana, its shape is irregular , land owner gave me location certificate which they took when taking loan from bank. But the shape in that is perfect rectanangle but which is not the real case. Land owner said this is just a rough sketch taken for loan purpose. If i obtain FMB sketch from Village Office, will i get a proper shape of plot and size , measurements etc. ?

In 1997 he sold 10 cent and again he given some land to my sister ,I don't know exactly . At present I am unable to pay tax. Village officer saying we are unable to do, because already completed transaction of 20 cents for two people ,and only 5 cent available in your father's adaram. I showed my Adaram which is registered on 1997, and others got it later. What shall I do ? There is land available but in munadaram, there is no land.
