Is the WPS being effectively monitored to address the issue of contractors delaying staff salaries for more than three months? Are contractors being questioned about the reasons behind the non-transfer of salaries, or is the responsibility solely placed on employees to file complaints?

Kindly be informed that the establishment must pay employees salaries 80% or more of the total employment registered on the establishment, the deadline for payment of wages is the date of the 15th of the month following the month of maturity, and the registration of the establishment is placed by the system dated 17 of the month after the month of eligibility.

The establishment is placed on a restriction if a specific worker is not paid for three consecutive months, even if the payment rate of the establishment is more than 80%.

The employees is considered to be the recipient of the due wage if received (80%) or more of the amount of the wage recorded for the worker in the employment contract.
