Every Appeal has a stipulated time and appeal must be disposed within that period. Check the stipulated time for your Appeal as per the service name. The details are available at www.sakala.kar.nic.in and click on Service Compendium.

Government of Karnataka . Answered on August 18,2021Why madikeri survey office don't provide any bills for application provided for sketch of proprety or other related applications. They take money but no bill or I don't get a message on my phone even after paying the fees . I have proof of video for this . Even after SAKALA has advised the days for services ,we don't get our services on time . Because we don't get a message on our phone when we call SAKALA we cannot get the status of the application due to no number through a message. When is this issue getting resolved , when asked at madikeri survey office they say it must some network issue ,hence you didnt get a message. It is done so deliberately. I can see myself and a bunch of poor farmers suffering a lot. Where to complain now?

I had purchased a flat in a apartment at vishweshwara Niagara Mysore during 2015 and got Katha changed to my name and was paying property tax regularly at Mysore one office at Jayanagara. Since corona lockdown this year I tried to pay property tax by online I came to know that even though katha changed to my name it was not registered in office file . I once again submitted my sale deed copy and katha verification issued by commissioner to Mysore one office and requested to rectify correct it on August 2021 . Everytime I call sakala support they give same status - check after 2-3 days. Finally, I mailed them and they send me a reply that sakala portal is down for last 1 month and no khata transfer is done. Is there another way of doing khata transfer?

Answered on November 30,2021Khata transfer applied online through Sakala 19 Sep 2021, application status says Approved and Remarks mentioned as Khata certificate and Extract Issued, but only uthara patra uploaded in place of both Khata Certificate and Khata Extract, when approached local BBMP office, no Khata Certificate or Extract is ready, they have asked me to approach next week with all the relevant documents again, unable to appeal in Sakala Portal for the GSC number. How to proceed?
