My brother in law is using our residential premises as a godown. Has consent from my mother in law who is the owner of the property. He also has GST number.Will there be any change in property taxes,electricity charges as now the property is bein used for residential as well as commercial purpose?


No there won't be any change in property taxes/electricity charges unless you apply for a Trade License or Gumasta License as it is commonly called.
