My KSEB bill for this month is high compared to other months. Is there some issue?






We have started taking meter reading from 20/04/2020 only due to Covid19 restrictions. Before this date, bills were prepared based on average consumption recorded in three consecutive bills.

Due to lockdown, all family members are spending time in their home and this will result in high consumption. If consumption is more, the bill will also be more.

Billing-related complaints will be resolved at section offices.
