My relative has expired but his name still continues in the electoral roll. What should I do to remove his name from Voter ID list?

For deletion of name of a shifted / dead / absentee elector from the electoral roll application can be made in Form 7. For deletion of a duplicate entry also, application should be made in Form 7.

For this you will have to fill Form 7. You can give it personally or by post. 
The only document that you are required need to attach is a Death Certificate. No other document is required.
