It would be easy to answer if u had mentioned your native state.. If you are a resident of Karnataka, You just have to draft a change of name affidavit before notary public and publish the same in Two news papers one news paper must be circulating in your local language and another must be in English circulating in national level.. There after you must change your child name in his Aadhar Card. It is also very eazy to make that ie Get a gazetted letter from any gazetted officer or your from your village punchayath head or local body head concerned. Then Book a appointment online and summit all these documents. But there is may be a police verification process before or after you get your child passport.
