My son passed away last year, need a family tree attestation for bank purpose. Me, wife unmarried daughter are there at home. Son was married,no children,now staying with her sister after settling the death benefits. Who should be the applicant me or son Daughter in law's details to include or no? Death certificate,pan, Aadhar available. IsCan we apply online and get it. Is there any other documents required. Is Notarized affidavit required?
