Our primary user is Managing Director in GeM portal. We are trying to change the details of primary users in the name of present MD. However, when we try to do so the GeM says primary users cannot be changed. How can we change it?

As per the issue reported by you, we would like to inform you that the same can be done only if the registration of the account has been done from Aadhar.
We would like to inform you that please check in your account if update Aadhar option is available then please update the details of the new person from there, if the issue still persists then we request you to revert us back at helpdesk-gem@gov.in
