To get the EWS Certificate, you must meet the eligibility criteria for both Income and Asset holdings.  

Based on the asset criteria, you should have only 1 Bigha of residential land or below in the rural area to be eligible for EWS Certificate. So, you might not be eligible to receive this reservation.
