After uploading documents and aadhar authentication, without showing the acknowledgement page, it switches back to login page again. I have tried several times from chrome and IE. Answered on November 30,2021Khata transfer applied online through Sakala 19 Sep 2021, application status says Approved and Remarks mentioned as Khata certificate and Extract Issued, but only uthara patra uploaded in place of both Khata Certificate and Khata Extract, when approached local BBMP office, no Khata Certificate or Extract is ready, they have asked me to approach next week with all the relevant documents again, unable to appeal in Sakala Portal for the GSC number. How to proceed?
